Abandonia is all about quality. They specialize in everything abandonware, update every day and receive great support from all community. One of my personal favorites.
Abandonia Reloaded specializes in remakes of classics and freeware gaming. Great design, and they gather *all* info available from each game, looks like a passionate work!
ADnD Downloads specializes in all kinds of resources for the D&D pen n' paper RPG. They've been around for a loooong time and keep a nice design and selection of material.
Classic Gaming Archive specializes in abandonware games and resources. It is one of the major sites on the scene, nice design, great selection, you can't miss it.
DOS Games Online specializes in abandonware games and utilities related. They strive to have all best classics, so they add shareware versions whenever necessary.
Flashback Abandonware, one of the oldest beasts out there, specializes in classic games and applications, with a few surprises, like manuals and startup screens.
SubDot is Diskboy's new effort. Specializes in abandonware games and the site features interesting gadgets such as online games and giveaways.
The Good Old Days specializes in abandonware games, reviews and emulation. One of the last remaining sites with a decent selection of Amiga and C64 games.

XTC Abandonware is a group of fanatic XT-games players :) with over a thousand games available for download. Their selection of manuals is impressive too.
Z2 is the die-hard community of fans developing new original games based on the classic programming engine called ZZT-OOP. Very nice work in here.
